Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is always good. But the girl in the drive they was very rude. And somehow they never have any chicken sandwiches.

Went in and they forgot a piece of chicken and an order of fries from my meals. I tried to call up, but no one answered the phone. I tried calling like 5 times that day and several times over the next couple of days but no one ever answered. I hope their number listed under google is correct. Over all food is good.

I love Popeyes and this one was great. In the drive through and they messed up the meal but still gave us that meal and our correct order! Love this place!

Great food, friendly service, BUT the service is slow. I ordered via the app for inside pickup. The doors were locked to get inside. There were 11 cars in front of me in the drive through. I tried to call to cancel my order but the phone was off the hook. I waited 35 minutes to pick up my food. Again, it was hot and tasty and everyone was friendly but it was a bit ridiculous.

Food was good but just a bit long of a wait especially with such a low volume time of visit.

Drive thru service was pretty slow. I waited 15 minutes at the Mic Ready to order before someone took my order.

That spicy chicken sandwich was so good! But definitely spicy so watch out if you're sensitive to heat, and the red beans and rice are amazing!!

Once again no chicken sandwiches. No popcorn shrimp. Only spicy chicken tenders. Half the time k lobby isn't open and the other half they are out of food. This particular PopeyeS is the worst.

Not quite as good as other Popeyes I've had, but nice people and pretty good portion/quality

Foods good, need a consistency with employees sometimes they are restaurant is closed drive-through only because not enough employees

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I love their chicken but if I could rate their service on Sunday evening I would only give them 1 star. The service can be extremely slow inside and through the drive-through.

Fast, good food. Employees always nice! Price is decent. Chicken sandwich is awesome.

Window attendant served customer in front of me quickly was 2nd in line I pull up worker says nothing 4 minutes I wait . food is sitting there behind him lady notices behind person counting and says to me just waiting for him to count drawer I stated . Yes I figured that out .. ( note worker should have waited to cash drawer or greet me and then state it will be a few minutes they are counting drawer.) No response approach is irritating . Plus hold making food I had a far drive and 4 minutes hold on food makes the fried sour out which they were sweaty and smaller portioned

Great place to get chicken there are not many Popeyes Chicken places in saint charles county so to have a new one pop up in lake saint louis is very cool I am so excited

Today was slow, and food was rather greasy. Still good tasting food. But I wasn't overly impressed with my dinner.
